Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after your request is approved.

2. Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
